Chinese ? saucer or bowl

Hello, I have this bowl ( saucer) and would like to know if it is Chinese or from what South Asian country and old old it is . Thank you
it is 5" in diameter and 2" h. It is not shiny at all

To me this looks more vintage than antique. The decoration resembles somewhat a type that was used in the countryside in Taiwan until a few decades ago. Either it is 20th century or not Chinese, probably. I cannot identify the bottom with any in dynastic times. I would try to find such a bottom first. Vietnam could indeed be a possibility.
