Powder Blue Basin With Relief White

I apologize for the bad photos but I had to shoot through a glass.
Flat unglazed bottom, as far as I could see there is no mark. I am not sure if  there were reserves for the white or it was painted on the top of the blue.
I doubt that it is Kangxi or Yongzheng but wonder if it is old or recent( if possible to tell by these photos).
