Chinese Export Millefiori bowl with gold background.

I'm counting this as part of my tuition. I know its stamped, and the painting is poor quality. There is many flaws in the paint it looks like salt was on the bowl when it was in the kiln. I bought this thinking it was the worst fake in the world or made in the 1940's when quality was pretty low. I looked for others like this online, and I'm just stumped on the border at the rim of the bowl and the base. My other early 20th century millefiori bowls are finished to the edge but this one stops half hazardly the stencil can be seen in the red lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
