Hi Smak. the Ming never had a bottom like this, Fake.

I would like to add to what Stan said regarding the bottom, which in itself is already decisive.
The mouth looks very suspicious. It might be difficult to get a mouth with glaze frittings all around like this. Then the stylized lotus petal decoration along the base and the shoulder are in Yuan style. If there is a space between the petals it is Yuan, or perhaps Hongwu (more unlikely) but not later. Hongwu and later the corners would be more rounded. So it is both neither Yuan nor Ming.  Also, the glaze and blue pigment for these periods would be different.

Your amazing Peter, that is great information concerning the lotus petals, the space between them, thanks.
I have seen several vases with the mouth looking like this some of them is obvious that they were made with a grinder, this looks like a grinder was bounced off the edge slightly to give it the appearance of fritting.
