Soup Tureen Identification

This tureen isn't like any that I've seen. "Replacements" could not ID the pattern or maker. In the picture the field looks black but it is actually a very rich dark blue. All of the leaf work is resist! It doesn't have any markings other than the orange stamps on the lid and under the bowl. Does this look familiar to anyone? I've never seen resist work like this, especially on a tureen. Thank you for any info you can provide!

I can not say for sure, when or where this tureen is made, but I am sure, that it is not antique chinese.
It looks modern (20.century or later) and the marking F-8 let me think, that it may be made in Europe.

Thank you. I couldn't find any information on the generic stamps either. I assumed that it was possibly antique Chinese because it was very similar in style to one I found online. The handles and paint style were the closest that I could find.
