Can anyone please help me identify this item?

Hello! I would be very grateful for some help to identify this item. My friend received it from his mother who unfortunately passed away lately. She always told us how careful we had to be around it as teenagers, because it was so valuable. Does anyone have some information about the item? Because none of us (me and my friend), knows anything about it

This vase is made by Satsuma. I can not say, how old it is, but to me it looks like 20.century.

Ok, thanks! My friend tells me his mother received it from her father and that it has been in the family since the 1930's

Hi Pedert, Konniela is right it is from the 20th century, with the high polished gold I would think it would be later, 2nd half of the 20th century.
