Ginger Jar, Vintage or Antique?

Hello friends,

I'm not certain, but I think the mark on the bottom is a Qianlong mark, and from what I've read they used this mark on a lot of 1960's porcelain, but most of those that I saw all had the border around it, so did they use this mark any earlier than that?  It's not early 20th century right?  Thanks for the help.

Four character Qianlong marks in kaiti character style are mostly found on post-Qing items.
(Addition: it also appears on some 18th century export, but in underglaze blue)
With this decoration the hair is all too perfect and black. The black color should show some abrasion as it is easier affected by rubbing/handling. Thus, in my view this is either an older porcelain item which was re-painted, or it only vintage as you say.
