1900 chinese vase (look a bit strange)

Hi,
The body looks chinese made around 1900. But the decorations seem a bit strange to me. It also has a mark I've never seen. What do you think of it? Thanks

Hi SSbill, this vase is Late Qing, but the decoration looks modern it was added at a later date.
