The decoration looks me printed and the piece seems to be quite new.
This is not a fake, it is a modern production using an antique Qianlong mark as decoration, I think.

Yes, you are right Adriano it is printed and the bottom in not a traditional bottom that you would normally see on Chinese Antique Porcelain, bottom like these are always 2n half or later than the 20th century.
