Republic? Qing? Multi color Vase with handwritten mark!

Was wondering when this as made! I can never tell since the marks do get written the same through out the last 100 years.

Any foot rim picture? The inside of the mouth sometimes give hints too as to age. The mark is apocryphal, handwritten Tongzhi marks do not use such characters.
Black contours of every detail usually means a decoration is 20th century. It can also mean something (the outlines usually) was not handpainted but transferred or printed, but this is not always the case. However, it is a good practice to always check if repetitive patterns are exactly the same or not.
