Unknown 6 charcater marks matte brown Vase. Could be Qing?

How old do you think this is? The bottom seems to have a layer of glaze on, which is odd?

Yes, the bottom is odd. Could be that this has been refired after adding a mark. The double ring also looks strange, and there are too many bubbles for the Qing dynasty, I would think.
