This appears to be export porcelain from the Tongzhi reign, Qing dynasty (3rd quarter of 19th century).

That's interesting Peter.  Would you be willing to elaborate on what features led you to your conclusion?

People's features and rim decoration. They can be referenced by examples in the collection of the Guangzhou museum (formerly known as Canton).
