Help ID Request 10 Character Mark on Yixing Vase

Dear all,

I own a 'phoenix and dragon' Yixing clay vase.
The mysterious 10 character mark on the base (pictured) is a big mystery to me.
Would any of you be able and so kind to explain its meaning to me? Your help will be highly appreciated.
