could this be a Chinese antique lidded bowl?

Not sure if I ever saw a porcelain box with knob having this shape. The decoration looks as if it is imitating late Ming decoration elements, but some of them are obviously printed or transfer printed. The foot rim is also 20th century. Could even be 21st century, in my view.
