Ming, qing or fake

What do you think about this large heavy bowl? The seller pointed it as a ming piece but I think it's not that old. And the  unneatly painted inner circle let me think it's not genuine.
So could you please help me with this piece

Appears to be about mid-Qing dynasty, possibly Qianlong. Probably Dehua kiln. The central decoration is better than average for this type of plate.
