Can this be an old longquan dish with a foot that has been sanded?
I bought a genuine ming longquan bowl in the past from the same collection

Looks new to me.

(It is recommended to stay away from monochromes unless someone has sufficient experience identifying polychrome items with blue and white or other color decorations. Monochromes require a compleely different expertise.)
