Antique or vintage bowl? Does this have any collecting value?

looks like transfer ware and they painted over the robes... probably new or vintage...

Like the other bowls, looks like cheap mass production. The red lines are printed.
Although the motif may be Chinese, when painted by Chinese the people and clothing does not look this way, usually, even on modern copies.
