Kangxi ??

Hello everybody,

this vase is gone at an auction (no, no, not to me) for a high price. Seems to be at Christies before. I could not find another piece with this kind of mark. Can this be from the period ?

Hi Konniela, this is a fake in my opinion as well as the labels, the Kangxi mark should have a double circle around the mark.

The painting style does not correspond to Kangxi, or any Qing dynasty style, in my view. The foot rim is not Kangxi either.
