3- Large famllie rose plate

I think this is a mid-20th century plate, but i have no idea what the mark says.

Later 20th century. The black lines seem to be printed, the colors filled in by hand.

Yes, the black lines are printed and filled by hand. I bought this because the painting style of the eyes,  i thought it's not standard 20 century plate.
I didn't pay attention to the black lines whether of they printed or not.  Next time I will check better.
