What do you think about these unfortunately broken and repaired beauty?
is these an original 18 century Chinese vase for export market or a 20 century fake ?

That is not export porcelain. A typical ginger jar of the mid-Qing dynasty, in my view.

Is there a name for the bottom rim decoratoon? and what is the definitoon of the mid -Qng dynasty? Mid 18 century or later?

Yongzheng to Jiaqing. The decoration band along the base is a stylized lotus petal decoration.
