Ancient chinese plate

I need your help to identify this plate. It belongs to my mother. I am not a chinese ceramic expert therefore I couldn't say if it is an antique. Thank you

Can you post a few partial pictures showing details of foot rim, glaze and dragon (head, claws, scales, tail tip may be age related). However, I would not have expectations too high. The foot rim is unusual, and this type of green glaze appears seldom in Chinese porcelain.
