Help with identifying lidded pot with quails and cockerels - red seal

I picked up this lovely lidded pot today - it's in one piece, but has suffered crazing. The piece is decorated with cockerels and quails, with two little quails painted inside too. The underneath has a red seal and black characters - are these a poem?  If anyone knows anything please I'm in the dark with this beautiful piece. Thank you :)

The quails and at least some of the contours (yellow flowers) are printed. As such it is probably late 20th century. Not an antique.
