Chinese porcelain bowl with Mark ID please

What type of bowl is this?
What is the marking that is on the bottom?
Roughly 11" tall.

This looks like late 20th century to me, the mark is not in my book, I have to say though I went to a auction recently and a piece I was looking at had the same mark, but like this one the age looked like it was added such as the rust spots inside and a bottom that looks fairly recent to me.

Was brought back in 1969.
What type of bowl and pattern? Been looking and nothing matched it.

Tongzhi mark but is second half of 20th century, it seems.
