Hi all!

I need your thoughts on this piece!

Authentic?
When was this made?
There is a wax stamp on the top.

Stan

This is a Fake in my opinion, to many age marks with out age.

My considerations with this are: people were painted too ugly (first picture), and they are often painted in a similar way on fakes.
The foot rim looks like a late Qing dynasty rim.
Although overall the style is Ming, I would acquire this for the above reasons. It is doubtful that it is genuine.

For purpose of wax seal see https://www.chinese-antique-porcelain.com/buying-antique-porcelain.html
This one is broken, but the character beside the break is ?, which means "imitation", "copy".

THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN SO MUCH!

I had my doubts too, most of the stamps represents antiques from 1949 and on, or some more later years of Qing Dynasty but this ones a Ming dynasty which doesnt make sense..

Thank you guys again so much!
