Any help is much appreciated by the identifying of the origin and the period of these delicate teapot

It doesn't look very old. Younger than meiji

The high polished gold color and the bottom point to a later date, Kutani is still being produced today, but the mark on this piece looks strange, I have never seen a Kutani mark like this, I would be surprised if this was over 20 years old.
