Late Qing Vase

I believe it dates from the 19th century. It's quite glossy but the bottom looks old. I wonder if it's from the first half or the second half of the century. Thanks

The blue color alone tells us that this is probably republic period or later. The decoration type looks as if it is imitating early Qing and Ming features in the same decoration.
