Very Fine Kangxi Plate

Someone is offering this plate to me.  It would be something very nice to own if genuine.  What do you think of it? Tell me if you need more photos, I'll ask for more.

The foot rim should be slanted, if it is of the period. Could be wucai rather than fencai porcelain. This can be verified by looking at the individual colors close up at an angle, normally.
Ah, yes, if the foot rim is right it may be Kangxi reign.
