This looks like nothing I've seen but it has a 1930s or 40s sticker on the bottom stating in french it is a ming jar. Is it?

This dose not look anything like traditional Chinese Porcelain. although it dose have an early 20th century Japanese look to it, I think it is Japanese, lets see what others think.

Could be anything but Chinese.
