Daoguang black and gold vase update

I received a photo of the bottom. The vases look old but looking at the bottom, I'm thinking they might not be chinese at all.

The shape is not a traditional Chinese shape, not before the 20th century, in my view. Except the neck and base decoration there is nothing that resembles Chinese.
