Fine small jar

This was previously used as a lamp (  late 19th century). The stand and the jar are firmly fixed together. If I try,  I could probably separate them to see the bottom. At first sight,  could it be older than  late 19th century?

Shape and colors/faces show that this is a late 20th century item (or later), in my view.
