Is this vase from the 18th C.?

It has a qianlong mark in a double red square. It is  nicely hand painted. I don't know enough about antique chinese porcelain to tell if it is really a 18th century vase or not. Thank you

The foot is a 20th century foot.

This is what I though, the foot is too rough. Can you look at the other post I have published ? It is called "can't identify the mark of this nice dish" . I would like to know what you think of it.
