help identifying age of Moon Flask- marked

Picked this up today and this is new to me.  I understand it is a moon flask but having trouble identifying the markings and I have been trying by reading the various charts online.  It appears to be hand painted and has issues to the surface(little black dimples and a couple brown spots, rust?)  It is a nice image, just curious if maybe it was a Chinese export piece?  Any help would be appreciated.
