Princess Turandot

I have recently acquired this vase at a small county auction. It looks fantastically similar to the one that went for millions in 2010 (www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1329308/53m-Chinese-vase-kept-wobbly-bookcase-insured-just-800.html) . I suspect mine is a fake. It stands 40 cm tall and is very heavy. Am I right? Does it have any value?

Each time a record auction sale is made the Chinese fakers produce many 'similar' fake products.
Visit the website of the Bainbridges auction house. You will be able to enlarge parts of the vase, and compare with yours. Look especially at the workmanship of the fishes and of the yellow background. That is considered imperial quality. Chances that there is another one out there are remote. Lesser quality would mean probably that it is a fake, although high quality does not necessarily mean it is authentic.
