How old is this vase?

The owner told me it is at least 100 year old. What do you think?

Is the bottom picture the same vase? If yes, a clearer picture would be nice. Also a close up of the decoration. That is a part of the blue painting with good resolution, and a picture of the mouth, showing the top rim and the area just inside, with any blemishes, scratches, etc.
