cobalt blue qianlong monochrome

I know it most be  hard to evaluate a monochrome without  seeing the bottom rim. But I find the mark on this vase to be convincing.

Looks far too new to me. And it also seems as if the metal casing is contemporary with the vase, and I don't think the former is very old at all.
