Monochrome Chinese vase - Help with age?

could anybody help me with the age of this monochrome type vase? I'm guessing it's republic... But I'll leave it to the experts to tell me what it really is.

Looks like a modern fake. The shape and base are not quite right, and the glaye color is odd for Qing or earlier too.
