Identify the age!

Thanks peter, I will try to clean the bottom and send close up pictures , its a puzzle as I dont think the color that was used is a 20th century and I cant find any information about the shmbol that was covered with new paint, and the rust spots on the led and the jar it self, plus I dont think anybody would do a hard job on a broken jar just to sell it for a cheaper price than a new fake one!
