Difficult to tell if it is of the period from these pictures. An inspection with a magnifier would be appropriate.
There is a four character Daoguang mark. The decoration would about be right for the period.
The foot rim has a worm back (rounded), which is used for imperial and top quality wares. But, this is probably not official ware. The mark would be different and have six characters.
