Porcelain identification marks

Please help me identify the marks on the front and the back please

This is modern. The two characters on top, above mean Xifeng, the name of a female character in the classic novel "Dream of the Red Chamber".  Those below are a date:  "Spring 2004".
The back says that this item was "designed and manufactured by Zhengda company under supervision of the cultural office of Jingdezhen town".
