Hello again

Here is the second vase.  It has a lid but I couldn't fit it in with the size limit.  It has some sort of certificate of authenticity as well.  Thank you.

The appraised age seems to be right, although I would think it could also be Guangxu reign, not Tongzhi. I could not find the painter to check, but the decoration is late Qing no problem. The yellow color is something added later, for whatever reason.
