This type of plate has been made at least since the mid-Qing dynasty, 18th century, or earlier. Unless a picture of the foot rim at an angle of about 45 degree is available it is difficult to tell if it is 18th or 19th century.
A classic pattern showing a longevity character, bats and ruyi. The Chenghua Nianzhi mark was frequently used in the Qing dynasty. This is not from the Chenghua reign, but an antique Qing plate.
