Mud man figurine

I would like to have comments on this figurine.
It is very detailed, 23 cm tall.
It has the characteristics of the old figurines: complete open bottom, holes for nose and ears (not for eyes) brilliant color with paint more dense in the folds, diffused crazing.
I have a doubt about the age because there is not the mark ?CHINA?, but just a number impressed.
For this it should be 1950s or later when they start to put numbers on the foot.
