Seto/Nagoya Vase?

Is this a Seto/Nagoya wear type vase, maybe early 20th Century? Is it even Japanese?

Hi Bokaba, this looks Japanese to me but very modern, the cloud area was sprayed on and the shape looks modern, I would say late 20th century.
