Can anyone id age of this emperor

My view ist that this is a newly made item. Some call this a tourist item. There are no antiques of this type, I believe. There are two marks, one is "Fujian Huiguan", the other is "Kangxi". The latter means probably that the emperor Kangxi is depicted. However, I have some doubts that Fujian Huiguan items ever made such figures...I stand to be corrected.
