Chinese figurine

Could you read these mark? Is is an early 20 century chinese figurine or is it japanese?

Figurine of a deity. Zhu Yong Ji made - a shop name. Possibly not original but a more recent copy. The bottom of figurines made in the first half of the 20th century usually show threads of a cloth on the bottom. This has no such traces. I would think it was made in the last two or three decades.
