raku ware Buddha face bowl

Hello, Can anyone tell me who might have produced this interesting raku ware Buddha face bowl? It is unmarked! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! David.

Raku is nothing Chinese, this will be moved to Japanese provisionally. However, this looks as if it were not an antique, so perhaps again the wrong place here.

Hi have no idea what this is, Raku would be a drip glaze, this appears to be painted.
