small crackle glaze vase

Hello, Can someone please tell me the approximate age of this small 5 1/2" high crackle glaze vase? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! David.

20th century, perhaps a few decades at the most, I would think.
The foot rim should not have this color, unless it was artificially made to be that way. Is it over-glazed? Proportions of neck and mouth in view to body is a bit odd. The ears (side decorations) are too crude. Looks like a fake, in my view.
