ID unusual rectangular blue and white creamer

Hello, Can anyone identify this unusual rectangular blue and white porcelain creamer for me? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! David.

The mark characters look like unreadable crap to me (sorry). It is not Chinese, Japanese or Korean. Unless it is some other type of writing (which I doubt), it might be a try at imitation of the characters of one of the above languages. In other words, it might have been made elsewhere altogether.
My personal opinion.
