Small White Vase

Hello again,
I have this small (ca. 12 cm) white vase and I have not found anything comparable so far. It has an impressed Qianlong mark and a carved ( or impressed? ) decoration showing a band of ruyi and honeycomb pattern with some butterflies. Do you think it is old, or a contemporary creation? Sorry for the quality of the photos, it is not easy to get a good picture of this one.

Never saw an item with such a 'golf ball' pattern on traditional Chinese porcelain, and probably never will.

Thank you Peter, I also know it only from export porcelain, but as pierced decoration...
