does someone know this mark? broke sisters china

i broke a plate of my sisters that was handed down from my grandmother. I am having no luck finding anything out online. Anyone have any ideas?

Any thing that says "Made in Japan" could not be earlier that 1920, However this mark is more than likely to be mid 20th century, earlier marks would say Made in Japan, and not inside an insignia, I would need to see the plate and decoration to see if it could be earlier rather than later.

Literally hundreds of companies produced dinnerware with European or Western style designs. It is not a Noritake mark, but is similar in design to those made during that period. Many of these companies were in business for very short periods of time. Style suggests a post WWII date, possible 1960s.

So it will be kind of hard to find the specific plate.

oh yes i see now. well crud looks like this is my dead end. thanks for taking a moment to look. I do feel a bit better knowing it was not a super important piece.

This is no doubt, Japanese export, made for the European market, the decoration was transferred.
